At Already Christmas, we want your home to feel magical. If your seasonal decor isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package with Care

  Place the items in their original festive packaging, ensuring all ornaments, lights, and delicate components are securely padded.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
